Hand drafting - floorplan, lighting plan, section plan, perspective, axonometric creation

I was provided with the original floorplan of an existing 54’ x 52’ residential structure and tasked with completely redesigning and reconfiguring the space to meet the needs of a specific client profile. This project involved reimagining the layout, optimizing functionality, and incorporating design elements tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of the chosen clientele. The goal was to transform the original structure into a cohesive, modern living environment while maintaining moments of architectural integrity.
